Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused or unworn, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or an invoice.

Refund Policy
We provide refunds in the following cases:
A) You wish to return an item, and it meets the return conditions stated above.

C) The product was not received: If you do not receive your order within 30 days after purchase, we consider the shipment lost. We are happy to arrange a replacement or a partial refund depending on the situation.
Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days after delivery provided that:
No visible signs of use or wear are present.
The received shipment is complete.

Missed Package Collection and Delivery
If a delivery attempt is made to the address you provided and you are unavailable, the package may be sent to a local post office or pickup point. Please note the following:
You will receive a notification that your package is ready for collection.
It is your responsibility to collect the package within the specified timeframe.
If the package is not collected and is returned to us or destroyed, a maximum of 50% of the product value will be refunded.
We strongly recommend collecting your package as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Accuracy of Shipping Information
We rely on the accuracy of the shipping information provided by our customers. If you provide an incorrect address or fail to collect the package from the post office or pickup point, the following conditions apply:
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information at the time of purchase.
If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error or is not collected, we will refund a maximum of 50% of the product value.
Delivery Delays
Although we do our best to ensure delivery within 15 days after purchase, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be granted for items that are not delivered by a specific date, occasion, or holiday.
Each product description contains an estimated delivery timeframe. Please take this into account when placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping Costs

Payments, excluding shipping costs in accordance with the general terms and conditions, will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Consumer Complaints – Defective Products
If products purchased from us are found to be defective, you have the right to submit a complaint.

A price reduction.
A complaint may be submitted within one year after the defect has been discovered, provided this falls within the applicable warranty period. Complaints will be processed within 30 days after receiving your report.
