Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
Please note that shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays. In addition, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to a high volume of orders. In the event of delays, we will notify you by e-mail. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we fulfill our obligations.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after processing, depending on the destination country.
Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may leave a notification or attempt redelivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@pharmevia.com and include clear photos of the damage.
Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
